Select Plus Natural Coal Tar Shampoo 75ml

Select Plus Natural Coal Tar Shampoo is a specially formulated medicated shampoo that combines two keratolytic agents: natural coal tar and salicylic acid. It is primarily used to treat scalp conditions and skin issues on the head. Coal tar helps address dandruff, scalp psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis by reducing the overgrowth of skin cells on the scalp. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-itch properties also help alleviate itching, flaking, and rashes.
